Local papers like Delftsche Courant, Deltse Post or Haagsche Courant will advertise accommodation available in the area. Poeldijk is very close to Den Haag and Delft, which are two beautiful cities. There are universities situated in these two cities, so there is accommodation available but sometimes its hard to find. Houses, flats and apartments are not cheap, as they are always in demand.

Public transport is the best way to get around as its regular and punctual with a choice of trains and buses running a couple of times each hour, seven days a week, and there is a night service in some areas.
